Steven came in frantic, wanting the camera. Had to take a picture "for the blog". It is a spider that has made it's home in our garden. Does anyone have an idea what kind it is? Good or bad?
Steven and Michelle both caught frogs that they wanted to keep. They made up our fish tanks with rocks, branches and decorations. The next day Steven took his out in the yard and let it go. I heard him in his room sobbing uncontrollably. When I asked why he let it go he said he thought the frog would be happier outside. So I asked why he was crying and he said that when he let it go he realized (sob, gasping for air) that he realized how much he loved nature. The following are pictures of him saying goodby to his frog.
2 weekends ago we went to Lake Harvey with James & Teresa Richards and "Little" James. None of my pictures turned out well enough to blog. This past weekend we went to Cheney Lake with the Duggers. We had a blast both weekends and are very thankful for all the great friends God has given us.
Steven and Dad rode together. They did not crash but sure bounced a lot.
Jeff and Michelle were riding together and Jeff thought he could walk on water.
Terri and Sophie were having a great time.

FINALLY!! :) We have had spiders like that before but no clue what kind they are. Looks like you had lots of fun at the lake. I'm hoping we get one more long weekend in before summer is over!
We did have a good time. We are hoping to go out again on Sunday afternoons and maybe Labor Day.
My uncle was working on something when a spider went into his ear. He worked for two hours with it in there. When he got back to the house my aunt put a drop of water in his ear and out came a wolf spider! Aunt Yvonne almost beat up Uncle David trying to kill the spider. I DO NOT LIKE SPIDERS!!!!

Well . . .aren't you just a water goddess all of a sudden!! Glad you are having so much fun!
I think Mr. Spider is a "Milk Spider" - do not know the scientific name. Have never had one on me to know if it will bite, cause death, or serious illness - am a little squirmy right now just blogging about it!
Oh . . . by the way . . . the lovely casserol dish you purchased at my H&G party is working nicely in my kitchen!
You mean I will actually "get" the casserol dish? I thought that party was just an "Honor Paula" party and we were supposed to purchase things to show how much we appreciate "Paula" being in our lives! ha ha
Oh . . . it was an Honor Paula Party! Yes . . .
PAT - YOU ARE SO FAR BEHIND IT IS NOT EVEN FUNNY! GET ON THE BALL! YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO YOUR FAITHFUL READERS!!!!!
